ECA: Face of a Gamer Contest

Show us what the face of a gamer looks like. Shoot a short video to show the positives of video games: how they have brought your friends and family together, the positive things video games have done in your life, how they've made you healthier, or the good they've done in your community. Most of all, have fun and be creative.

Prize: 2 tickets to the 2010 Penny Arcade Expo East in Boston, Mass.

Contest Begins September 1^st, 2009

Entries will be accepted until midnight September 11^th, 2009

Voting for the winners begins September 14th and runs until September 25th, 2009

I hereby represent that I am a U.S. resident over eighteen (18) years of age. I also represent that neither I, nor any member of my immediate family, nor anyone living in my household are employees of the Entertainment Consumers Association (ECA) or their advertising or promotion agencies or any of their parent corporations, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or assigns, and that neither I, nor any immediate family member, nor anyone living in my household is connected with any of the above.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby, irrevocably and perpetually give ECA and their assigns, full permission and authority (including a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license, with right of sublicense) to use my name, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical information, and any other information furnished by me in connection with the ECA: Face of a Gamer contest in any manner for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, including without limitation for advertising and professional purposes, without notification to me and without further compensation or obligation to me. I hereby release and discharge them from any liability, including without limitation, all claims for invasion of privacy or defamation of character, whether intentional or otherwise, in connection with such use. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished copy of any advertising or other materials created or used which relate to my participation in the ECA: Face of a Gamer contest.
